What it is

Artists are invited to submit original artwork designs to be transformed into vinyl wraps for traffic signal control boxes located throughout the city of Tualatin. The program turns everyday infrastructure into public art installations visible to residents and commuters. Selected designs will be reproduced as durable vinyl wraps applied directly to the signal boxes.
