What it is

Commission for a site-specific public artwork along the historic Erie Canal in the Village of Fairport and Town of Perinton as part of the Fairport-Perinton Art Trail, funded by the Canal Days Committee. Selected finalists will develop proposals with concept/schematic designs. The selected artist will advance the design and submit final design and construction documents. All site permitting will be handled by the Fairport Public Arts Committee. Installation and unveiling will occur at Fairport Canal Days.
