What it is

The RPS Composers programme annually welcomes a cohort of early-career composers for a year of professional development and the opportunity to write for a noted ensemble, festival or venue. The programme includes a commission, premiere, and a series of professional development sessions. The RPS also offers the Thea Musgrave Composition Grants, supporting composers to write new music in creative dialogue with performers, made possible by the RPS Thea Musgrave Fund.
