Biennial architectural photography competition in three categories: Exterior (form, materials, context, light, landscape and building relationships), Interior (composition, materiality, light, scale, detail and spatial experience), and Regional Focus (architecture within Long Beach/South Bay boundaries). Judging focuses on the photographic image rather than the architecture itself. All entries automatically qualify for a People's Choice award. Multiple entries welcome, one category per image.
Photographers, architects, designers, and anyone interested in the built environment located in or near the Long Beach/South Bay area.
Open to artists in United States.
