Responsibilities include assisting with smooth running of rehearsals and performances, day-to-day production changes, maintaining and repairing production aspects, handling performance problems, and reporting issues. Requires clear communication, ability to work under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work at height, knowledge of stage props and scenic painting, and confidence with power tools and basic carpentry. Experience in similar roles in large-scale musical productions is highly desirable.
