What you get

Publication in CLOCKHOUSE Volume 14 (print summer 2027, online selections) plus one contributor's copy and a discount on volume purchases; work may be nominated for awards like the Pushcart Prize.

What you need to apply

• Poetry: up to three poems of any length, each uploaded separately; or more than three poems if they form a thematic unit submitted as one, 3 required
• Fiction: flash fiction up to 3 pieces of up to 750 words each, uploaded separately; or one short story or self-contained novel excerpt of 751-3,500 words double-spaced, up to 3500 words
• Memoir and Creative Nonfiction: one piece, up to 5,000 words, double-spaced, up to 5000 words
• Drama: up to 10 pages plus cover page with title and character breakdown, industry-standard formatting
• Cover art: original artwork in portrait orientation, at least 8 x 12 inches, minimum 300 DPI, jpg or jpeg format
• Author biography of approximately 100 words or less, up to 100 words
