What you need to apply

  • Disability verification document (required only if work passes first-round judging): government-issued disability identification, certificate of enrollment from special needs school or welfare facility, or medical certificate from healthcare institution
  • Artist statement: briefly introduce yourself and your art career, up to 250 words
  • Artwork image(s): up to three artworks, one image per artwork in JPEG or PNG format, maximum 6000 px on long side, 4000 px on short side, 10 MB per file, 3 required
  • Artwork information for each submission: title, year of production (4 digits), materials, dimensions (height and width in mm, depth optional), short description, 3 required, up to 150 words
  • PDF portfolio materials (up to 10 MB): portfolio of past works, CV with exhibition history and educational background, information on sales experience, and optional close-up images or additional visual details
  • Website or online sources where work can be viewed (if available)
  • Social media profile URL (if available)
  • Past awards and exhibition information, up to 150 words
