Request for proposals for a public art installation at the Mary Street entrance to Delhi Park in Picton, Prince Edward County. The artwork should signal the entrance to the park and engage with themes including the site's history as a former school and landfill, natural heritage, active transportation, and community uses. The work must be structurally sound, safe and accessible, cannot involve digging due to former landfill, and should not disrupt existing uses of the parking lot and toboggan hill.
