Arts, heritage, and creative industries professionals working in organizations, including administrators, managers, directors, creative producers, consultants, education specialists, Indigenous artists, and community-based arts workers.

A 6-day residential program at the Banff Centre with private hotel room accommodation, meals, and training in executive leadership and organizational management.
