What it is

A printmaking residency at Aviário Studio in Portugal offering 2 to 6 weeks of studio time and accommodation to develop ideas and create work using intaglio techniques including drypoint, etching, aquatint, soft-ground etching, mezzotint, carborundum, collagraph and solar plates. The studio provides access to specialized equipment, technical assistance, and space for experimentation and production.

What you get

Studio access Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, shared accommodation in a guest house, use of printmaking equipment and workshops, project discussion at the beginning and final open studio, for 2 to 6 weeks at costs ranging from €600 to €1800 (meals and materials not included).
