Next Gen is Indian Ink Theatre Company's development programme for emerging theatre-makers aged 18–29 based in Auckland. The 2026–2027 cohort includes workshops, creative retreats, and community-building gatherings. Participants will be involved in the development of a new Indian Ink play, attend two creative retreats, see shows together, and take part in workshops covering producing, mask-making, goal setting, theatre reviewing, and more.
