The Core at Corby Cube is recruiting a Director to lead the theatre into its next chapter. The role combines artistic ambition, people leadership and financial resilience, with a focus on children, young people and communities. The Director will shape strategic direction, lead programming, grow audiences and income, develop participation opportunities, and serve as an advocate for the organisation. Applicants should have significant senior management experience, track record of leading teams, substantial knowledge of theatre and cultural landscape, experience programming live performance, developing audiences and fundraising, and commitment to accessibility and inclusion. Experience in venue management, producing, artist development, participatory arts or community performance is valuable but not required.
Experienced theatre leaders with senior management experience and knowledge of theatre and cultural programming, seeking a Director role at an established civic theatre.
